HURON TWP. - The Greater Sandusky Partnership recently congratulated one of its own - Patrick Shepherd, director of membership and engagement - for an honor he recently won.
During the five-year celebration of the Clark Inclusive Scholar Program, happening at BGSU Firelands, Shephard took home the Clark Foundation Award for his previous role as the associate director for the Cleveland International Film Festival, which offers experiences in the film industry for Clark Inclusive Scholar Program students.
"The Clark Inclusive Scholars Program is an individualized post-secondary certificate program for students with intellectual development disabilities that is designed to be completed in two years," according to a partnership statement. "This event celebrated the impact of the program and the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workforce."
