Story View

Printing A Puzzle

Click on the scissors icon to clip/cut out a portion of the newspaper. This lets you print a crossword puzzle, coupon, picture, etc. The clip tool will open another view of the page where you can click and drag to make your selection. In the upper left hand corner, choose print or save. Click to the X to close or reset to clip another portion.

Use the & keys on your keyboard to switch between pages.

Doubleclick the page to isolate and zoom.

Doubleclick the photo slider within a story to expand full screen.

Right click to bring up context menu for quick access to tools and tasks.

Click on to expand the search field and enter a word to search. Click Go. Pages with the search term will be displayed. Click the page to view. The search term will be highlighted in red.

Single will display the e-edition page as a single page. Single pages allow users to clip, save, and make notes. When selected the item will display as green.

Double will display facing pages as you would read a newspaper. If selected, the double view pages displays on the inside pages only (not the first or last page). When selected the item will display as green.

Stories will open a panel on the right side of the page. By default, it will display all stories. If you click on a story from the Story view or from the page, the story will open in this same panel. Click the X to close a story. Close the story view by clicking Stories again or clicking the X in the panel.

Clicking on the archive expands a calendar. Once a date is selected, the e-edition for that date will be load. Only days that have content will be clickable.

Pages will display thumbnails of all of the pages of the e-edition. Clicking on a thumbnail will load the selected page.

Click to save the entire publication, section, or individual page as a PDF. The option to save the page is only displayed when in single page view.

Clicking puzzles will display a sudoku or crossword puzzle and also provide links to more puzzles.
